Same justice for all?

Not all Jewish crooks are loved the same here in Israel.

Meir Lansky and his money weren't welcomed, but Shmuel Flatto-Sharon was. Not only that, but Israelis enthusiasticly voted him into the Knesset to keep him out of French jail.

Arye Deri, the man who made the Shas Party a political success, was not only convicted, but banned from political life.

Chaim Ramon was just convicted of indecent behavior and seems to have his policital life ended. But Tzachi Hanegbi, charged with corruption, is still a minister in Olmert's Government. Even though this concerns his conduct as a minister, he still serves and hasn't been tried.

And what about Ehud Olmert? Revelations of his corruption read like a soap opera script.

Before I post this, don't forget that Omri Sharon was convicted.

No time now, but there's the Labor crowd, like Izak Herzog and his "fundraising," and don't forget the European countries that donate to Shimon Peres's center.
